ClubRun Custom Training
Experience has taught us some runners want a personal training plan designed just for them. Custom coaching offers training that satisfies the ClubRun mission of providing fun, quality training to get you to your goal both in group training programs and in this individual custom option. Custom training allows you to:
- Choose your race or other training goal
- Choose your coach from among our qualified coaching staff
- Choose to run on a regular run night or on your own, depending on your schedule
ClubRun coach bio information, including areas of focus, is detailed in the Coaches section below. ClubRun coaches have all completed one or more coaching clinics and may hold USATF Coaching Certifications.
Custom Training Packages
With your Training Package you receive:
- 10 to 14 weeks of personalized coaching
- Written training plan covering each day of training
- Weekly emails and phone calls with coach at option of member
Custom Training Packages Fees:
- 14 Week Plans
- One person - $145/$125 for second plan during year
- Two people - Same race - $120 each person
- Three- Five people - Same race - $100 each person
- Six or more people - Same race - $80 each person
- 12 Week Plans
- One person - $110/$100 for second plan during year
- Two people - Same race - $90 each person
- Three or more people - Same race - $75 each person
Sign Up for Custom Training
Custom Training is available at any time throughout the year. Whether you are training for a race in January, July, December, or somewhere in between, you can have a coach develop a training program for you. You will need to complete the Custom Training Registration Form and mail or email it to the address on the form. Here is how it works:
- Select a Coach
- Select your target race or training goal
- Select Your Package
- Finding a Training Partner or Training Group
- Getting Started
Review the information about the custom coaches and select the one you would like to work with. If you don't have a preference, you can skip this step. Simply put "no preference" or list your target race in the coach section of the registration form.
You choose your race or goal. You can select any distance race.
Choose how many weeks of training you would like and who you would like to train with.
If you are looking for one or more training partners who run at your pace or are training for the same race, you can indicate this on the form. ClubRun will help you match up with a group to get you on the way to your training goals.
Your registration form and applicable fees will be coordinated by Barb Leininger. Barb will work with your selected coach or help you find a coach. Once you have selected a coach, you pay your applicable fees and your coach will work with you to develop your training plan. That's it - start training.
