ClubRun Membership Benefits
ClubRun will begin the 2012 training session in March. Our training runs will take place at our regular meeting times on Monday and Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings (see calendar). While most runners in the group training for runs between 10 miles and marathons, we usually have runners training for everything from 5Ks to ultramarathons. If you want to run, we'll have a workout for you. Also, ClubRun coaches will be on hand at every run to help make sure your workouts are cohesive and effective.
The official ClubRun 2012 training season begins in March, but you can join us for our runs now. There's no charge in the off-season, so just come by when you feel like running!
Our Monday and Wednesday runs begin at 6 p.m. Our Saturday morning runs begin at 8 a.m. until March, then switch to 7 a.m. for the training season.

Beginner Classes
Are you new to long-distance running? Our beginner classes are held during each workout day. Coaches will show you how to train properly so you can reach your goals and become an even better runner.
