Training Begins Wednesday, February 29th

The first session of the Club Run training season will begin on Wednesday, February 29th. We'll leave for our run from Kenwood Community Center at 6.00pm. The workout will be suitable for runners training for anything from a 5K to an ultramarathon to general fitness. We'll have distance options anywhere from around three to around nine miles. In Session I we design workouts to build to a marathon or other goal race in May or June; historically Club members like to run Fargo and Grandma's marathon events ranging from 5K to 10 mile to the full marathon distance. Or beyond. We encourage Club members to communicate their goals to the coaches so that we can tailor your training to meet them. The early bird discount for both sessions I and II ends Monday, March 5th. Visit the Membership page to sign up today!

Beginning Running Starts Wednesday, March 7th

If you're working up to running a mile without stopping, then our Beginning Running group is for you. The training plan for this group includes runs scaled to your individual level of fitness and your individual goals, and are focused on helping you to develop endurance and experience. You'll have coaches dedicated to helping you reach your goals, whether those goals include running continuously for three minutes or three miles. Visit the Membership page to sign up today!

Monday, Wednesday, Saturday

As always, training runs will depart Kenwood Community Center at 6.00pm Monday and Wednesday evenings and 7.00am Saturday mornings. Weekday runs are generally between three and nine miles long, with other distance options available upon request. Saturday runs are generally between six and 22 miles long, with other distance options available; we work water stop support in to the long runs on Saturdays as well.
