What: ClubRun Super Bowl Prediction 5K
When: Sunday February 5, 2012 (8 AM registration, 9 AM start)
Where: Kenwood Recreation Center
Who: ClubRun members, friends, family and prospective members are welcome
Fee/members: a canned or dry food donation
Fee/non-members: $5, plus a canned or dry food donation
Donations will benefit Emergency Foodshelf www.emergencyfoodshelf.org
How does it work?
Know your pace and you’ll win the race! The purpose of a prediction run is to see which runner comes closest to his or her predicted finish time, which is declared before the race begins. No watches are worn on the course, and no finish line clock is displayed.
Course: a 5K loop around Lake of the Isles
Awards: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd runners closest to their predicted times will receive trophies!
As if it couldn’t get any better: We’ll have coffee and donuts and an impressive awards ceremony inside KPC after the run. Come for the run, stay for the fun!
