About ClubRun

Board of Directors

ClubRun is a non-profit corporation managed by a nine member Board of Directors. ClubRun members elect Directors annually in October or November of each year. The Board sets the overall direction of ClubRun, establishes the budget, and oversees the activities of the ClubRun standing committees.

Officers

ClubRun officers are responsible for the day to day management of the running club. The President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary form the Executive Committee and all are members of the Board elected by ClubRun members.

ClubRun Staff

The Executive Director of ClubRun is responsible for all aspects of the operations of the Club, including finance, marketing, sponsorship, membership, community outreach, training classes, coach development, and management of ClubRun coaches and volunteers.

ClubRun Activities

ClubRun activities are where the action is for members. These include:

  • Training classes for all ages and abilities at distances from one mile to the marathon
  • Coaching development programs
  • Social activities including, weekly social night outs, breakfasts, and special events such as wine tasting, pub crawls, golf tournaments, bowling nights, and more
  • Kid's programs, including special Running Camps for kids and the Kenwood Park Track Team
  • Drumstick Dash, our annual 10K run on Thanksgiving Day
  • ClubRun Newsletter, a monthly electronic publication

ClubRun provides opportunities for runners of all ages and abilities to have fun running with friends old and new - no matter how fast, no matter how far!
