Welcome to Club Run!

We’re a nonprofit independent running group that meets year round at the Kenwood Community Center near the north end of Lake of the Isles in Minneapolis. We focus on two things: providing a structured training program to help you meet your running goals, and providing a welcoming atmosphere for runners training for full and half marathons.

Come for a run with us and check out our club. Visitors to the Twin Cities are always welcome to join ClubRun for a workout.

Washing your fruits & vegetables with simple household vinegar has been scientifically proven to be one of THE BEST ways to de-virus-and-bacteria-ify them. Soak or agitate them for at least 2 minutes for full effect. Happy, healthy eating, everyone! 🍓🍓😊

Kristine Becker FitnessMolly, some studies said 2% with longer time frames, and some said 5% with shorter time frames. Might depend of user preference or type of fruit/vegetable. I used 5% (straight vinegar) & then rinsed. I was hungry & wanted to eat as fast as possible! :)13 hours ago
