Welcome to Club Run!

We’re a nonprofit independent running group that meets year round at the Kenwood Community Center near the north end of Lake of the Isles in Minneapolis. We focus on two things: providing a structured training program to help you meet your running goals, and providing a welcoming atmosphere for runners training for full and half marathons.

Come for a run with us and check out our club. Visitors to the Twin Cities are always welcome to join ClubRun for a workout.

Hi Team! Here is the recipe for the Energy Cookies.
3 cups oat flower
2 cups vanilla protein powder
2 T sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup plus 2T nut butter (I used peanut butter)
2/3 cup honey or brown rice syrup
white chocolate chips/chunks (add as much as you'd like)
dried fruit (raisins, craisins, ect)

Microwave to melt nut butter and honey together. Stir in flour, protein powder, salt, sugar. Add chocolate and dried fruit. Scoop into tablespoon size balls. Refrigerate. FYI-batter will be sticky!
