Welcome to Club Run!

We’re a nonprofit independent running group that meets year round at the Kenwood Community Center near the north end of Lake of the Isles in Minneapolis. We focus on two things: providing a structured training program to help you meet your running goals, and providing a welcoming atmosphere for runners training for full and half marathons.

Come for a run with us and check out our club. Visitors to the Twin Cities are always welcome to join ClubRun for a workout.

We currently meet at 8 am on Saturday, and 6 pm on Monday and Wednesday.

Thanks for stopping by!

Here's a helpful side by side illustration of a disfavored heel strike vs. a preferred mid-to-front foot strike. The runner on the left is more prone to injury. And singing.

What pace are most of the runners?

Why is it that Ryan L. Carter always seems to know where the camera is?

With lots of thanks to Cristina for arranging the pic, and to our friends at Lifetime for taking it for us!

Figures. While I'm off half-heartedly #alsorunning, Club Run Minneapolis runs off and joins the Francophonie.
